A member asked:

Can a person be dehydrated even if they don't feel thirsty, not sure how much water i should drink, i don't get thirsty often?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dehydration signs: As we age, our thirst becomes less reliable as an indicator of dehydration, which can sneak up on you in hot weather. A good way to gauge adequate hydration is to look at your urine. When you are well hydrated, the urine will be almost colorless.
