Infants & toddlers: who passively smoke marijuana or any other substance have higher blood & urine levels of the drug than adults exposed to the same amount. Smoking 10 joints in a small room over 1 1/2 hrs. causes coma in an exposed toddler, as does smoking 5 joints in a closed car over 30 min. THC crosses into the child's brain & alters development & behavior while there. Parenting & safety are impacted.
