Not enough informati: Without knowing his history & physical exam, it really is impossible to comment. Many things can cause a low leukocyte count. The most common being a recent viral infection. Your child's physician should be able to answer this question for you.

I gave the test for cbc(complete blood picture) all of the results are within the range accept for Absolute eosinophil count.The report says there number should be between 100 to 500 meanwhile I have 80 eosinophils is it anything to worry about?
