Measles vaccine: Very very important. This potentially deadly disease has been virtually eliminated in the USA, but is now making a comeback because people are not routinely immunizing their children. Both from an individual health benefit as well as promoting public health the use of this vaccine is essential.

Death: Red measles is a nasty illness, with a significant number developing measles pneumonia and a case fatality rate of 1/2000 in the US during its heyday. It can spread easily in airborne droplets. As long as anyone from any area of the infected world can fly to your proximity during their incubation phase they could infect you.German measles is milder, but triggers abortions & birth defects
