Tonsil: Maybe it's time for you to see an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor for further evaluation. Allergy and posterior nasal discharge could do that, how about a Steroid nose spray.

Need ENT Consult: You have been treated with three course of antibiotics and if trated in appropriate dose and full course and without a positive throat culture,in my opinion antibiotics will not help.You need to consult an ENT Specialist and find out what is causing swollen tonsils.We do not know previous history of any tonsilar infection and allergies etc. So consult an ENT Specialist

Culture?: Have you had a culture done of your throat? If not, that might help. Have you had a good physical and labwork to rule out more serious possibilities?
