Chlamydia: Chlamydia is a serious infection and if not treated may lead to permanent damage to reproductive organs leading to infertility and other problems. Was your partner(s) treated? If he or they were not treated then you may have been re-infected. You should stop having sex until all partners have been treated and give your cervix a week to become less inflamed. Also, using condoms prevents STDs.
