No!!!!!!!!: Water is the only essential component of your beverage intake, providing the kidneys with what they need to cleanse your body. Anything else in the liquid you drink is for enjoyment, flavor, or nutrition not gotten through your foods otherwise. If you get all essential nutrients in your solids, then water can be the only drink. Not to worry!
