Neurological Eval.: In my opinion, you need a good neurological evaluation. How long have you had your symptoms? If they are new, and especially if they come and go, I think you should go to the ER. If they come and go, then that sounds like transient ischemic attacks, which are basically warning signs for a stroke.

Many excellent docs: Would contact your local and state medical societies for lists of actively practicing neurologists. A branch of Cleveland Clinic called Lou Ruvo Center has at least one movement disorder specialist.
