Ovulation: Oh boy. This is a complicated one. Basically your period and when you ovulate (release egg from ovary) are a VERY complicated dance. Several glands and several hormones all have to work in sync for things to go "normally." MANY things can affect this and throw things out of sync. This can lead to bleeding probs, at wrong time or too much. Going on pill can help, but must be right pill for you.
