Drug test: First, it depends on what they are testing for. Not all opiates (hydromorphone is a synthetic opiate) will show up. Also if you have legitimate prescription for the drug it does not matter if it shows up in test. When the MRO (the doctor who reviews your test) calls you to discuss, you let them know you have prescription for the med. Mg totals do not show up in any drug test.
