Can you tell me if on a pre employment drug test will hydrocodone (norco) and hydromorphone (dilaudid) show up as the same thing?

Yes: hydrocodone is metabolized into hydromorphone (but not the other way around), so if you take a Norco, (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) it will generally show both hydrocodone and hydromorphone, as well as morphine and codeine (the final metabolites).
