I've had a tattoo for over a month now and my psoriasis has bursted out on it. is there anyway i can get my tattoo to look smooth instead of dry/bumpy?

Dermatology: Please go see a dermatologist for evaluation of your psoriasis. He/she may consider some potent steroid or other treatment for your psoriasis. He/she may treat your tattoo appearance with laser and may even be able to erase it. Then, you may have to get your tattoo over again.
