A member asked:

Can i switch to diane 35 from yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) for andro genetic alopecia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If GYN agrees.: That would ultimately be up to your doctor and/or gynecologist. If you have no contraindications it is worth a try. Diane 35 is helpful for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia in some individuals, less so in others; but the only way to find out if it will be helpful for you is to try it.
