Eye allergies: Try avoiding all eye and facial make-up. Try oral antihistamine e.g. generic claritin (loratadine) over the counter medication. Try eye drops with antihistamine--- over the counter drops---ask pharmacist if you can not find them. If problem persists see your doctor or an allergist.

Eye drops: There are anti-allergy eye drops available. These drops typically contain anti-histamine in them which reduces eye-redness. With regards to swelling, ice should help.
