If Neg test,doubtful: The preg tests are very sensitive, so doubtful you are pregnant. Sounds like you have some minor menstrual irregularities more than pregnancy. Try another pregnancy test in 1 week, assuming you do not have unprotected sex again, and then follow-up with GYN if your periods do not regulate at next cycle.
