Probably not: Nightmares aren't known to be directly related to headaches, and there are many potential causes of headaches. If your headaches persist, and especially if you continue to wake up with headaches in the night, you should make an appt to see your doctor.

No More Nightmares: Dreams that wake you up may be a symptom of unresolved trauma, or ongoing chronic stress. The headache could definitely be a result of the dream. but what we want to be able to do is sleep through the dreams. Please check out my No More Nightmares class
