How lucky for you!: You are actually in the place this this national (maybe worldwide) program was developed. It is really great and very successful. As you might expect, most groups are older than you, but they'd "spoil" you probably. I've attended & took leader training and recommend it to many. Cdsmp - chronic disease self-management pgm.
