Yes ie is if taken: Propranolol is a non-selective beta blocker, that is, it blocks the action of Epinephrine and norepinephrine on both β1- and β2-adrenergic receptors. Adrenergic receptors. It safe to use under the supersion of spcealist like all other madication have side effects and benifets.Good luck thanks.
