Yes: There are no reported interactions between these two medications. Precautions for naprosyn (naproxen) are same for others of the NSAID class and should be taken with food to minimize risk for stomach upset and nausea.

MIGHT CONSIDER: Amitryptyline has many adverse effects, and is often tough to tolerate. Furthermore, is not necessarily as effective as gabapentin or Lyrica, (pregabalin) or Gralise, or Horizant. I seriously doubt that naproxen will benefit you. Wonder if you should see a neurosurgeon and get opinion regarding your trigeminal neuralgia.
