Good start.: Walking for 30 minutes daily is a great way to start a cardiovascular fitness program. Eventually, though, you may find that this routine becomes too easy and not challenging enough. You may need to intensify it down the road, either by walking for longer periods of time or by stepping up the intensity to cycling or jogging.
