I feel cold and headache,help plaease!

Check your temp: It is probably just a cold or virus, drink lots of fluids, chicken soup, lots of rest! see doctor if not getting better

Viral infection?: Viral infections can cause cold chills (fever) and headaches. I would take some ibuprofen and rest. If the headache worsens or new symptoms appear such as nausea / vomiting, numbness/tingling or dizziness, then see a doctor. If it is a viral infection you should feel better in a day or two.
