Good idea...: to shoot for a goal of 2 pounds a week is very reasonable. To be more aggressive than that may lead to muscle loss and water loss. Weight lost too fast will tend to come on back fast. Weight loss should not be result of just a diet, but a result of changing your lifestyle to be more healthy and well - this is the only lasting technique. Be well!
