Arthritis: Degenerative joint disease or DJD is just another way to say osteoarthritis which is the most common form of arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is a less common form but can be even more debilitating & deforming, while osteoarthritis is just painful. Anti-inflammatories such as your Advil (ibuprofen) are a good start. Acetaminophen is used too as it doesn't affect stomach or kidneys, unlike NSAIDs.

Low back pain, some joint pain but no swelling or stiffness since 2012 comes/goes. Neg ANA, always neg ESR/CRP, RF factor 10.7, ccp 4, MRI ruled out sacroiliitis in 2019 also neg. HLAB27 neg as well. Saw a rheumatologist in 2019 -neg. findings?
