Chest pain: at 16 it is unlikely this is significant heart issue. But, if you are having chest pain with activity or have trouble with activity/climbing stairs due to chest pain or trouble breathing then you need to see a healthcare provider. Avoid caffeine, get regular exercise, try and go to be and get up at same time each day. All of these things can help your sleep issues. Hope this helps. Good luck.

See MD: Many things can cause chest pain. These include gastroesphogeal reflux, heart disease. lung disease and musculoskeletal pain. I don't have enough information to guide you. I'd make an appointment with a physician.
