How to get a hypertrophic scar on my (23 day old tragus piercing) 2 disappear compleatly?

The best way to manage it is to remove the earring and begin scar massaging. Over time it should improve. This will sometimes benefit from a steroid injection or may require scar revision. It will never disappear completely.
