Maybe hypothyroid: I'm not sure if you feel cold, your skin feels cold to the touch or you have a low body temp., but the most common reason is hypothyroidism, as our thyroid sets our rate of basal metabolism (our idle speed). Low temp. may also be associated with chronic infections, esp. viral & Lyme. Start with thorough thyroid testing including Free & Reverse T3 (liothyronine).
