Today she doesn't have nausea as she is 7-8 week pregnant...before that she had nausea everyday. .is there anything to worry or it is normal?

Nausea of pregnancy: I sometimes get calls like this and the concern the patients have is that there has been a demise. Nausea can come and go, so lack of nausea for the day doesn't necessarily mean anything. If you're really concerned her OB can order an ultrasound soon, but in general some days will be fine and others not so much on the nausea front. Encourage her to eat today since she is feeling better.
