Probably not bad: Probably irritation. Possibly acne. Piercing the tragus goes through cartilage, which is more traumatic than piercing the ear lobe. If it becomes significantly worse, you should see a DR in case of infection. Avoid peroxide and alcohol as they are irritating without any benefit. Water (shower) is very good for it.
