In general: In general, ondansetron and dramamine (dimenhydrinate) have no clear significant interactions. Talk with the person who prescribed the ondansetron. If you need both, then maybe one isn't working so you could stop one while taking the other?

No interactions, but: Both can cause similar side effects, e.g. Urinary retention, constipation, other. Check with your doc before taking these alone, or especially taking together.
