Mallory-Weiss tear: Strong noxious odors such can definitely cause a migraine, commonly associated with nausea and vomiting. When a person vomits it can sometimes cause a tiny tear in the esophagus and a tiny streak of blood can be seen in the vomit. So the smell of the bleach probably caused the migraine; the vomiting probably caused the blood, but blood was probably not directly related to bleach.
