Disc protusion: The question of "moderate" depends on your level of pain. Apparently, this protrusion is most likely the cause of the pain in your upper right arm. Other than medication and/or surgery, two good alternatives are traction (as carried out by a chiropractor) or a properly used inversion table. I had a similar protrusion and was able to eliminate it with the use of an inversion table.

Arm pain and crev: If the Rt arm pain continues to be a concern, you may want to seek further help. Sometimes Phys Therapy can be of benefit. If significant symptoms continue you may need decompression surgery. I hope this helps
