See your doctor: Your symptoms don't give enough detail to be able to help exclude possible causes of your pain and breathlessness. But your description suggests several issues which may not have anything to do with your accident, including coronary vessel heart disease and worsening of your aortic stenosis. It is VERY important that you see your doctor soon and start sorting this out. Please do so soon.
