my sister is having extreme hair loss recently. she has been fasting for few weeks. what could be the reason and what should be done to prevent this?

Malnutrition: The answer is obvious. Don't you think? No protein means no hair growth. Malnutrition means danger of death. Not just hair loss. If she is losing hair she is also in danger of organ failure and death if she does not get some nutrition soon.
