Hard to say: Depends on a lot of things, if your muscles can overpower the joint deformity without causing pain, also if your growth plates have closed or not. Either way, never hurts to try. Good luck.

Bones are set: Bowing of legs come from a variety of things: lack of vitamins when you were young, being born with rotated bones, genetics or injury. At your age, exercise can strengthen bones but will not correct the bowing. Only surgery will correct the bowing.
