Bow Leg surgery: This is a complicated question: If you require bone grafting, you may have to wait for several months before the grafts become strong enough for all activity. If you are just having the bone reshaped/cut/remodeled, you may heal 6-8 weeks after surgery. It really depends on the severity of your deformities and what needs to be done. You could even be looking at 6 months to a year if ex fix used
