Tough issues...: You should see a Doctor in person, to determine why you have decreased sensitivity when masturbating. If it is only when masturbating, and if with actual sex, the sensitivity is fine, it may be a psychological issue. As far as the Premature ejaculation (PE), decreased sensitivity often may help? In any way, see the Dr. for an evaluation, as there are medication and therapies that can help with PE

Self-arousal: It may be that you crave or desire the intimacy that comes from a relationship and the fun, foreplay, kissing, cuddling and touching that comes from the emotional aspect of sexual activity that just isn't there with masturbation. You get the physical stimulation, but not the "fun" you are seeking that can only be found in the sharing of the activity with someone you care for.
