Always on time but a week late getting cramps but no period not pregnant?

Irregularity: It's nice you have been so regular to this point in your life. But mild irregularities are common and I would not worry if an occasional cycle is off a little bit. If any possibility of pregnancy, double check a home test with first morning urine. If negative, don't worry unless cycles become irregular frequently or there are other associated symptoms you are concerned about.
