Yes: While it is impossible to predict whether or not ovarian cysts/masses are benign or cancer, usually large ones need to be dealt with surgically. May want to see a gyn oncologist for an opinion since they deal with this frequently. Cancer would be very unusual in a 23 year old. Hope this helps!
