No: Nausea, or often call em morning sickness but can lat ll day, is very common at this point during pregnancy . Have her call her OB as there is medication to help

Morning Sickness: I don't understand what you are asking. It sounds like normal morning sickness. If it gets worse so that she cannot keep fluids down, then do go to be seen. Sometimes women need I.V. fluids with severe morning sickness.
