Unlikely.: Congratulations on being responsible about intercourse. You used a condom and also used a emergency oral contraceptive within 24 hours, giving you the highest possibility of preventing pregnancy. Nausea is not a specific sign. If your period does not come a week after expected, check a pregnancy test. You have otherwise done everything else properly.

Pill nausea: It is more likely that the nausea is from the hormones in the emergency pill. If you miss your period by a week, do a home pregnancy test. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex.
