Ice the shoulder: The shoulder trauma is likely contributing or cause of the painful headache. I'd recommend icing your shoulder thoroughly. There's still likely an inflammatory reaction going on that ice can help slow down. A visit to a physician is a good idea as well to check function & anatomy of the shoulder. They will also be able to give you something for both the headache and shoulder.

? plexus injury: Perhaps you have suffered a brachial plexus contusive or stretch injury. This could trigger the migraines. Have your physician examine you and point toward therapeutic interventions. Physical therapy may be useful.
