Muscular strain: Tension in the musculature may cause this symptom. Apply local heat and take Motrin for pain. If there was an injury, please have an imaging test. Follow up with your PCP.

Not related: Shoulder pain is independent problem which needs to be handled and may need imaging. Most of these can be stabilized by physical therapy
