How can i cure my horse allergy?

Maybe shots: There are more and more studies showing that allergy shots to horse hair may help. Talk to an allergist that might offer this (not all do). It's not a cure, but reduces your sensitivity. In terms of meds, oral antihistamines, nasal antihistamines, nasal steroids, and antileukotrienes are great options, with the last 2 being the best for preventing the symptoms.

Mgt: Avoiding exposure and treating symptoms with an allergy plan is advised. Immunotherapy can be administered if appropriate.
