Thyroid: I would see your primary care provider and request a check of your thyroid function. Also would keep a log or journal of activity and record when you are most tired or worn down each day.

Get evaluated: Low thyroid function needs to be eliminated. Also, B12 level. There are other possibilities, too, like food sensitivities or mold allergy. See your doctor.
