I would see your primary care provider and request a check of your thyroid function. Also would keep a log or journal of activity and record when you are most tired or worn down each day.

Low thyroid function needs to be eliminated. Also, B12 level. There are other possibilities, too, like food sensitivities or mold allergy. See your doctor.
