Tip plasty: In most cases, tip plasty is accomplished in the context of rhinoplasty under general anesthesia. There area some surgeons who do small nasal procedures under local anesthesia in the office. If you truly need just tip work, you can have your nose evaluated by a board certified surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty to see what your options are.
