Get checked out: There are a couple of things it could be. Do you have regular bowel movements or are you always constipated? Have you started having menstrual cycles yet? Sometimes severe constipation can cause severe pain and nausea. Your colon lives in the left side. Or you could have an ovarian cyst that is causing the pain and the pain alone can sometimes make you feel nauseated. You should be seen by doctor

Needs to be in ER: Any kid that goes unresponsive needs to be evaluated as an emergency.Speculation at this point is worthless.She needs to be evaluated immediately.
