It's real: However, the question is, "What do you do with the information?" This doesn't prove you have lupus / Sjogren's, or that you don't. It's part of the big picture on which treatment decisions will be made. Good luck and I'm glad you're taking a proactive approach.

It depends,,,: If the titer was > or = to 1/160, it's considered clinically significant. Anything below 1/160 would be considered low positive and can be found In healthy individuals. So it really depends on how high the titer was and if symptoms like the fatigue and others develop and worsen. Also the results of the other tests like the biopsy are important and you can see your Dr. for more info. And an exam
