Get investigated: The lump insight breast may be fat lump or cyst /breast tissue mass . It is unlikely to be mastitis as per description .Consult your doctor and get investigation -such as mammogram and or ultrasound as doctor suggests to you .

See doctor: and have it reevaluated. An ultrasound of the breast at your age would be advisable to evaluate the mass.
