Can injected testosterone cause immediate and/or permanent changes to the prostate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Testosterone: Injection of testosterone does not cause damage to the prostate. It can cause symptoms of an enlarged prostate such as increased frequency and difficulty urinating. This usually goes away when injection is stopped
