Procedure: A procedure called a "dorsal slit" could be done if you do not want circumcision. Otherwise get circumcised. Either procedure can be done with local infiltration anesthesia (i.e. they do not need to put you to sleep). You should do fine.

See a urologist: You may need to consider seeing a urologist about this. It may be that you might need to think about getting a circumcision.
